If from the 1960s and the almost radical change in certain social foundations that came to reality , with independence movements , in Africa and the civil right act in the United States , sociologists projected the normalization of an egalitarian society in the 30 years that would follow ; it is important to understand that 30 years later we find ourselves in the 90s , and we realize that in Africa as in the United States , if a faction of the black community has entered the gate of wellness ; more than 90 percent of this same population continues to live in abysmal poverty . In the United States logically we accuse systemic racism which prevents the black community from having real access to development opportunities , a truth of course , but which also camouflages a crying lack of leadership , and of common vision which would plan the future of the black masses . in the USA . Naively some have thought that the social dynamic is a natural coincidence , yet it obeys artificial vectors induced by man such as access to education and job creation , or motivation to entrepreneurship . Also , one can ask the question as to why , from the acquisition of civil rights , there was not an African-American caucus which would have met to plan the course of action so that the Afro American black community really benefits from this new era of opportunities o ered by the acquisition of civil rights ? Leaving the average African American to fend for himself in front of a crushing system , which finally gave itself a good conscience , was an unforgivable error . The desire of the American government to pursue its program of integration and equality , with what has been called positive discrimination certainly helped to create a bourgeois class coming out of Ivy schools , but the latter with the atypical wren reflex , had limited impact on the social locomotion of the rest of the African-American wagon . Consequently , while the Afro-American bourgeoisie , cloistered itself in rich suburbs , and forgot the rest of the black populace , the latter will resort to sport and arts to assert themselves as in the years of harsh segregation . Also , from the 90s the great African-American figures of sport and arts will generate a sassy fortune , which will touch the peaks of the American upper middle class from the 2000s ; and in 2023 , of the 735 billionaires

Flashmag ! issue 140 April 2023 in the United States , there are 7 African Americans , 4 out of 7 of whom come from the sports and entertainment industry . In the rest of the black world , in this case in Africa , if the sports and entertainment industry is underdeveloped , and cannot create a bourgeois class whose mission should be to move forward the rest of society socially , there was rather , as at the time of the Cosa Nostra , a cartelization of the State which created a bourgeoisie plundering the public fortune and which , with the reflexes of wrens like its American cousin , also cloistered itself in a sphere where it refuses to contribute to the development of the rest of the black population .

Moreover , a question arises from this postulate . Indeed , the global black population in any case a certain elite of this population has , over the last 50 years had access to opulence ; but why this wealth has not spread to the rest of the black community ? Why rich black people , do not contribute to the development of their community ?

To answer this question , we must already start from the observation that there are not many billionaires of African origin or of African descent because the rich blacks do not arouse vocations in their fellow man because of the reflex of kinglets , which makes them think that they are kings and the others their subjects . They tend to prevent their fellow the access to wealth . The black aristocracy is a scourge that makes some believe that if they have money , then they are monarchs and their likeness should serve them . This will never make the black community prosper . It would be time to teach blacks to respect other blacks as humans , and it would be a good start .
