Iran at the Center of Global Upheaval:
Anatomy of a New Cold War. From the 1979 revolution to today’ s creeping de-dollarization, from the collapse of the oil pact with the Gulf states to the coups d’ état in the Sahel, everything points to the same conclusion: the war over Iran is not a regional conflict. It is the catalyst for a civilizational shift whose full scope we have yet to grasp.

There is a fundamental framing error in the way the Western world reads the Iranian crisis. It is treated as a nuclear problem, a proliferation question, a diplomatic file among others— heavy, yes, but manageable, potentially soluble through agreements, inspections, calibrated sanctions. This reading is not merely insufficient. It is dangerous, because it conceals what matters most. What has been unfolding around Iran for forty years— with redoubled intensity since 2022— is of an entirely different nature.
It is the convergence, at a single geographic and symbolic point, of every structural fault line of the emerging century: the decline of American monetary hegemony, the military withdrawal of the United States from the Gulf, the rise of a post-Western bloc, the revolt of the Global South, the recomposition of Arab alliances, and the eschatological resurgences that transform political conflicts into holy wars. Iran is not the object of this crisis. It is its revealer, its catalyst, and its stakes.
