Taxation and state control are becoming barriers that some must overcome to be profitable . If in the countries of the northern hemisphere the lobbying of the employers makes it possible to pass laws which make legal the quasi-servile exploitation of employees ; in third world countries , we are simply witnessing a destruction of the state structure , where the corruption of multinationals favors a disintegration of the social fabric .
While economic entities like Amazon , Apple , Google , or Microsoft , are getting richer , their lobbying in the politics of Western Nations imposes a decline in the sovereign functions of the State by pressing on the reduction of taxes , which becomes a prerequisite to investment . Less taxes and less social security for the growing numbers of employees of these entities are becoming the modus vivendi of multinationals , which think only of maximizing their profits .
The States not perceiving or hardly anything , because of an almost non-existent taxation , abandon their sovereign task to the foreign multinationals which often impose as a condition to invest in a country , the destruction of the tax system and an introduction in almost all contracts signed with third world states ; of leonine clauses which are however prohibited in the exercise of international trade .
By virtue of this provision , clauses are thus prohibited if they attribute to a single partner all of the profits made by the company , totally exclude a partner from profit sharing , or and place all of the losses on a partner . In classic cases of autocracy in the business world ; a Western or Asian multinational would invest in a factory in an African country , would take all the profits generated by this factory or infrastructure and despite everything would make pay the country which would have taken loans to build this factory or this infrastructure in the event of bankruptcy or nonprofitability of the investment within an oftenunreasonable timeframe . It has happened that certain multinationals seize a port or an airport built in a sovereign country because of default of payment of debts granted through a system of corruption and retro commissions often at interest rates bordering obscenity . While politicians are keen to create jobs for their populations , businessmen aim to maximize their profit in a notion of unstable equilibrium , states must negotiate with job providers , to satisfy those who voted for them . This creates a dependency which in general turns to the advantage of the adepts of outrageous capitalism , who in a treacherous scheme manage to wring the necks of states , demanding more freedom . A freedom of capital which often means more su ering for the people , and less control and power to arbitrate for the state . Also , a state that no longer collects taxes cannot properly assume its functioning or even socially cover its people . To push the perfidy of the globalist system even further , areas reserved for the sovereignty of the sovereign states are being privatized to multinationals . Also , it is not abstract to see the firm Black Rock lobbying to control the pension funds of certain European countries like France . Similarly , intelligence management is being privatized with multinationals . Today Google or Apple know more about the citizens of the world than the CIA or MI5 , and basically states are courting them to share data on the world ' s population with them . It creates an even more serious dependence of states towards companies creating new technologies , which generally contribute to the abrupt decline of democracy , spying on the lives of citizens and this in defiance of the law .
