On May 11, Paris had a fashion event not that common. A whimsical costume parade of historical inspiration, organized by the collective Tempor'Elles, with the participation of the mayor of Paris.

Before launching her "made in France" brand called Cyas Industries, inspired by the fantastic and magical world of fairy tales, Chloé Schutrumpf studied graphic design and 3D animation. Passionate about costumes since her childhood, it is quite natural that this young autodidact, cross the path of Aline Bérenguer (She wears the outfit of the Black Queen, signed Melina D-Lys during the parade), who works in the fashion industry. Together, they decide to set up Tempor'Elles, a collective to promote craftsmanship, to give a better visibility to

women of various styles, with the ultimate objective of democratizing and subjugating the snobby world of fashion by introducing the dream of the fairy universe.

For this first parade, Chloe was brilliantly inspired by the period of Baroque and medieval with a burlesque imprint. Chloe also uses real stones for the esoteric side. She plays on the complementarity by proposing costumes on the theme of Space and Time, by scrolling duets of costumes in 2 apparent versions, which certainly recall the traditional medieval marriages where the couple wears a similar outfit. Chloe is also working on the theme of representative capitals of several major cities of the world with Paris, London, Shanghai and Dublin, which add a slice of modernity.

On the spot, there was the honorary presence of some guests, such as the creator of the Princesses' Ball (big Parisian Costume Ball), Adrien Perreau, in charge of the Patrimony of the Palais Garnier at the Opéra National de Paris, as well as the representatives of the Vertugadins-costumes, offering immersions in period costumes accessible to all. Several fashion school teachers were also present (Studio Mode to name only one).

The next aim of Tempor'Elles project is to propose a second edition of the parade very soon.

These two co-organizers invite you to contact them on their Facebook page (Cyas and Tempor 'Elles') and Instagram (Tempor' Elles), to take a leap in time with them and come and marvel!
