Brian Nadra is a Kenyan urban pop and R&B singer and songwriter from Kenya. Growing up in Nyeri Kenya, he was exposed to a range of music from country, afro pop, lingala, kapuka to R&B at a very young age. This gradually influenced his decision to become an artiste. By the age of 13, he was teaching himself to use vibrato to enhance his singing voice by listening to country music.
Nadra philosophy touching on the nature of his brand, “When you have a rare talent you should nurture and use it wisely.” Achieving musical success early in his career, his first Official track “Leo” achieved constant success upon release making it to Top 5 countdown on BBC Radio 1Xtra Destination Africa. He describes his music as “an urban sound from a smartphone era centered around a millennial culture.
The Kenyan singer-songwriter with a sultry voice has established himself as an ambassador of East African pop culture - until now, Kenya has not had many internationally successful male singers.
Brian has a unique style - he sings, and raps as well, and has stepped outside his comfort zone in R&B, delving into other genres of music, including reggae on Cool Vibes and hip-hop
